God’s Grace Is Upon Us

God is faithful in all things. His mercy falls on all who believe. He will not ask us to bear suffering beyond our means. He will not allow misery to fill our hearts. His grace through the shed blood of Christ will save us.

“For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God.”

(Ephesians 2:8)

By God’s mercy and grace, we have salvation. By His Spirit, we have everlasting love. He heals us because it pleases Him, and it is His will. No illness is stronger that He cannot overcome. God heals all who believe.

Look to God for help. Call to Him, for He is good, righteous and just. He will not allow us to fall. He will lift us from our trials, comfort us with His Word, and deliver us from all adversities. His way leads to life, and He will always keep us safe in the midst of turmoil.

Oh, how wonderful it is to raise our hands in praise to God our Father, who has given us eternal life through Jesus our Lord. His deeds are awesome and His ways are just, for God’s grace is upon us.

Jesus Is the Word

In the beginning, before God created the heavens and the earth, was the Word. Through the Word, God made all things. He created us, breathed into us the breath of life and made us living souls. The Word later came into the world and His name was Jesus.

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through him, and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life, and the life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.”

(John 1:1-5, 14)

Fellow believers, keep God’s Word tightly in your heart and lift your eyes to the Lord. His rescue is at hand. The day is coming when we shall be with Him always and shall dwell with Him forever. Salvation is ours now, therefore repent and live.

Give ear to the Lord and never let go of the promises He has bound in Heaven for us. Not by any means shall the Word of the Lord pass. As He speaks, so shall it be done; and no one can stop the Lord’s purpose from revealing itself. His words will not fail.

Seasons may come and go, governments may rise and fall, but the Word of the Lord will remain fast and true. Nothing and no one can thwart God’s plan. Stay true to your calling and forever remember Jesus is the Word.

Believe God

Nothing is impossible for God. Through Jesus, we have salvation. Through Him, our destiny is sure. How much more would God do for us if He has already sacrificed His Son in order that we might be saved?

“I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life. And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us. And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we have asked of him.”

(1 John 5:13-15)

Our trials are only for a moment. We may feel we cannot overcome, but Jesus overcame. We may feel belittled, unwanted and thrown away. Jesus felt belittled, unwanted and thrown away. We may cry out to God, praying that if it were possible that He would remove this cup. Jesus prayed also these things.

Jesus had complete faith in God because He knew God would always rescue Him. Like Jesus, we also have hope that one day all our troubles will be no more. As many times as we fall, God is there to lift us from the ground. He will never abandon us.

In everything we do, God is there looking after us. Our hope lies in Him, for trials come and go, people can abandon us, places will disappear, but God will always remain the same. His love for us never fades.

Our rescue will not vanish so long as we believe God.

God Is Our Refuge

We have no reason to fear. God is great above all other gods. He is the one and only God. If He can create the simplest of flowers, how difficult is it for Him to rescue us from the sufferings of this present age?

“O LORD my God, in you do I take refuge;
save me from all my pursuers and deliver me,
lest like a lion they tear my soul apart,
rending it in pieces, with none to deliver.”

(Psalms 7:1-2)

In our weakest state, in that moment when we are about to do anything to remove a trial from our lives, our only choice is to look to God. He, and He alone, will give us the relief we need to rise from our sufferings and move forward.

What may seem impossible to us is possible for God. What may seem extraordinary to us is ordinary to God. He takes the weak from the world, imparts His spirit and builds His church. We are of the body of Christ; fashioned of the same countenance; saved by God’s grace.

Our hope remains in God the Father, who sacrificed Jesus His Son for the forgiveness of our sins. We should count it all joy to know that our tribulations are for a purpose; and that is to change us to become more like Him every day.

No one other than God is our refuge.

Worthy Is God

Worthy is God our Father, who is faithful from everlasting to everlasting. His dominion will never fail. His mercies are sure and His grace He has freely given. Wonderful is He who reigns on high, for there is no other god besides our God.

“I call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised, and I am saved from my enemies.”

(Psalms 18:3)

All glory to God, who has given us life. All honor and power belongs to Him. Through Jesus, we have salvation. By His Word, we are healed. He gives out of the abundance of His heart, and He blesses those whom He chooses to bless.

Our God created all things. Out of nothing made He the heavens and earth. From the dust He shaped us, molded us into who we are, breathed into us the breath of life and made us living souls. Great is our God, for He is good. There is no one like our God.

By His will, He made all things. Through His Word, God brought all things into being. There is nothing made, which He had not made. Wonderful is God our Lord, for all praises belong to Him. Great is He, our Creator, our God.

Worthy is God.

Jesus Is Our Hope

Jesus came to deliver us from the bond of sin, so that we would look to Him for salvation. True liberty comes not from being bound by the world’s desires, but by following Jesus and making Him the center of our world. Our freedom is with us believing He is the Son of God.

“Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by command of God our Savior and of Christ Jesus our hope, To Timothy, my true child in the faith: Grace, mercy, and peace from God the Father and Christ Jesus our Lord.”

(1 Timothy 1:1-2)

No other truth is as simple, or as pure, or as undefiled as that of knowing Jesus is all we need. We may see others prosper, or grow in inheritance, and even gain the entire world, but in the end, will they be able to take all those riches with them?

Through Jesus, we know God; through God, we have freedom, for through His Son, whom God has appointed as our savior, we will have hope for eternal life. That life does not esteem riches, but points to God’s glory as the foundation of our joy.

Seek Jesus with all your heart, with all your soul and with all your mind, for it will be well with you that day when you stand before God the Father and will give an accounting of your life to Him; because Jesus is our hope.

Be Glad in the LORD and Rejoice

Be glad in the LORD and rejoice, for He is good. He gave us life and breath and loved us first above all else. His mercies are forever sure and His grace is everlasting. Wonderful are the Lord’s deeds and perfect are His ways. No one can resist the Lord our God.

Many are the sorrows of the wicked,
but steadfast love surrounds the one who trusts in the LORD.
Be glad in the LORD, and rejoice, O righteous,
and shout for joy, all you upright in heart!

(Psalms 32:10-11)

Blessed be the name of the Lord, for He has poured joy into our hearts through Jesus Christ, who lives in us. Happy are we to know His ways and see His miracles. Great is He to have blessed us with happiness, brimful and running over.

Wonderful is our God, who has made all things, sustains all things and blesses all things with His presence. Blessed are we to bow our knees to our Heavenly Father and give thanks for all the good He has done in our lives.

Rejoice in God, for His love for us will never fail. He rescues us daily, purging us of our sins and filling us with His spirit so that His love lives in us forever. Give honor to Him who made us and bless Him always. Be glad in the LORD and rejoice.
