Believe in the Lord Jesus

No matter how great a trial we have to bear, no matter how painful a tribulation we have to endure, no matter how difficult a persecution we have to overcome, only through Jesus is our salvation sure. He is and will be our Savior forever.

“And they said, ‘Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household.’”

(Acts 16:31)

If we seek God with all our heart, He will reveal Himself through His Son Jesus. If we believe Jesus is His Son, we will have eternal life. We will not fall under judgment, nor will we have condemnation. Our dwelling will be with the Lord always.

O how wonderful a truth it is to know God has saved us from the penalty of our sins. His mercy for us will never fail and His grace shall endure without end. As far and wide and as deep and full is the ocean, so is God’s love for us in our salvation.

Bless the Lord our God for He is good. He purges us of our iniquities, gives us hope in times of sorrow and protects us in our dwellings. Whatever may have ensnared us in the past, God has rescued us in the present. Believe in the Lord Jesus.

  1. Michael,

Praying for peace of mind and comfort, and may the healing hand of our Lord & Saviour, Jesus be upon you as his will for you overflows with his love! In Jesus Name, Amen

  2. I could use some prayers if anyone can spare a moment. Every few months something new adds to my bad health. I’m a bit weak in my resolve, and I need spiritual strength. Jack, your reassuring writings help me and I thank you. My sins are greater than I can bear. My pain is too much. I don’t mind a bit more suffering; pain inside my heart and in my body is something I’m not unacquainted with. It is my soul I worry over. Brothers and sisters, you don’t even have to say my name. Just ask the Lord to help me get through my weak faith. Please.

    1. I’ve just said a prayer for you, Michael. Your name is easy to remember. I’ll include you in my morning prayers when I pray for others who asked for prayers or divulged health challenges. May your heart be filled with the love of the Lord Jesus Christ. God bless you.

    2. Michael, I declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper. Lord, You are Jehovah Rapha, our Healer, and we call upon You to restore Michael’s health completely. We speak life, abundant life, over him. Sickness, pain, and disease have no place in his body. We pray for divine healing and strength over him. Father, I stand in the gap and repent on Michael’s behalf. Help him to release any guilt, to forgive himself, and to walk in the fullness of Your mercy and grace. May he know Your love more greatly. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.

    3. For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith. Romans 12:3
Father, I ask you to help Michael to give thanks for *the* measure of faith that you have given him, and all of us believers. May it never be countered by unbelief, but always strengthened by his ever deepening relationship with you. We rejoice together that every good and perfect gift is from above, from You! We speak out loud together against his pain and distress, for we acknowledge these are not good and perfect and therefore are not from you. – Amen

    4. Michael, take comfort in knowing Jesus gave His life for you on the cross. When you repented, were baptized, and accepted Him as your savior, God saved you from the penalty of death. The day will come that you will stand in front of God’s throne, but you will have already been saved. He will take you to be His and you will dwell with the Lord forever in His house.

I have prayed for you and will continually pray for you. May God bless you with a spirit of joy, comfort and peace. May His mercy be upon you always, Michael.

      1. I want to thank all of you for your prayers. It’s so good of you, and I pray that the Lord will watch over you and your families in turn. You have given me a gift that is priceless. May God bless you. Thank you so very much.❤️
