We Will Sing Praise to Our God

We will sing praise to the Lord our God. He knew us in our mother’s womb, nurtured us, taught us His ways and raised us to speak His heart. We will take refuge in Him, for we know He will deliver us from all our trials.

May the glory of the LORD endure forever;
may the LORD rejoice in his works,
who looks on the earth and it trembles,
who touches the mountains and they smoke!
I will sing to the LORD as long as I live;
I will sing praise to my God while I have being.

(Psalms 104:31-33)

Though the earth closes its clefts around us; though the water seeps above our chin; though the light of day diminishes into night, our God will never forsake us. He will restore our soul and save us from the hands of the grave.

God knows when we are hungry and will feed us. He knows when we are thirsty and will give us drink. He knows when we fall asleep and when we awaken from our slumber. He knows all things and will not leave us to the lions, but will chastise the wild beasts, for we are His children.

Sing praise to the Lord our God, for He is good. We will give thanks for all His gracious deeds. His loving kindness is beyond measure. His power sustains all things. We will sing praise to the Lord our God.

  1. Love the post Brother Flacco. I’ve always said, I believe God was singing a new melody for e very sing soul that He creates. As He sung, He created. And the melody shaped us into who we are …. A symphony of majestic glory made in His image!

      1. Amen! May we one day praise him together, smiling from ear to ear… ….. singing glory glory!!

        Check out this scripture that God emphasized this evening a few hours ago…

        Powerful! Nehemiah 9

        9 1-2 On October 10 the people returned for another observance; this time they fasted and clothed themselves with sackcloth and sprinkled dirt in their hair. And the Israelis separated themselves from all foreigners. 3 The laws of God were read aloud to them for two or three hours, and for several more hours they took turns confessing their own sins and those of their ancestors. And everyone worshiped the Lord their God. 4 Some of the Levites were on the platform praising the Lord God with songs of joy. These men were Jeshua, Kadmiel, Bani, Shebaniah, Bunni, Sherebiah, Bani, and Chenani.

        5 Then the Levite leaders called out to the people, “Stand up and praise the Lord your God, for he lives from everlasting to everlasting. Praise his glorious name! It is far greater than we can think or say.”

        6 Then Ezra prayed, “You alone are God. You have made the skies and the heavens, the earth and the seas, and everything in them. You preserve it all; and all the angels of heaven worship you

        As He lead me to this, little did I know what was about to happen next… as I knelt down in my room praying for the community I live in, PRAISING GOD is EXACTLY what followed! God indeed connects us, walls, homes, buildings shall never separate us, to those who have ears, does His Word not say LISTEN?

        Indeed it does, and He allows us to hear the petitions of others at times, or them saying Halleluyah! or Amen! I dont need to know them by name, or exactly where they live in this community, it doesnt matter, but I surely do know by God’s grace that they indeed do live in this community and that we are held together by HIS RIGHT HAND!

        glory to his name forever!
