His Steadfast Love Endures Forever

Great is our Father who is in Heaven. He gave His Son Jesus as a sacrifice for the forgiveness of our sins. By no other name do we have salvation and by no other name are our sins forgiven. Glory to Him in the highest.

“Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good,
for his steadfast love endures forever.
Give thanks to the God of gods,
for his steadfast love endures forever.
Give thanks to the Lord of lords,
for his steadfast love endures forever.”

(Psalms 136:1-3)

God loves freely, unconditionally and without bounds. His nature affords life to all. Darkness does not exist in Him, for He is light. He bore light at the beginning of the world, and with it, He continues to impart His children with truth. The devil may tempt us, but God’s love endures forever.

God so loved us before He created us. He purposed our lives for Himself and provides us with the strength to overcome our trials. Whatever seems hard, whatever seems tough and whatever seems impossible to us, God gives us what we need to make all things possible through Him.

God’s love is perfect. God’s love is kind. It never departs when beaten, never flees when surrounded and never withdraws when sorrow wraps us in its cold grip. His steadfast love endures forever.

  1. This is one of my favorite scripture verses. God truly deserves our thanks and praise for all he has done, all is doing and all that he is yet to do in our lives. His steadfast love endures forever. Glory to his holy name.

  2. Jack, thanks for this reminder! I’m at a point in my life where I wandered so far away from His love. I’m at peace in knowing that His love is unconditional, that I don’t have to be perfect in order to return to Him.
