The Word of God Is Living and Active

God’s Word is as a rock, solid and unshaken; it does not change. From shore to shore, its wisdom is as vast as the ocean, providing guidance when we need it most. It reveals God’s plan and what we will inherit once we return to the Father.

“For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.”

(Hebrews 4:12)

God’s Word promises salvation to those who believe Jesus is the Son of God. He guarantees that we will one day dwell with Him forever. No greater a promise is that of having eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

God’s Word gives us comfort in times of trial and tribulation. We have hope, reading that He would never leave us nor forsake us. We have His glorious truth on which to meditate day and night. Wonderful is His Word; perfect is His plan for us.

God’s Word is life; great is our joy and pleasure abounding. His Word is sure, true and faithful; it will never fail. His Word is as a light, showing us the way through the darkness. The Word of God is living and active.

  1. As always, thank you Jack!

A life lived with much turmoil and yet our Father in Heaven has never disappointed me, I have never felt forsaken or alone. He IS the one true God, a faithful and trustworthy Father who loves us completely.

I Praise His Holy Name with all my heart, soul & mind!

    1. The Apostle Peter said we ought to look upon trials as blessings from God, for His will is done when we grow from those turmoils. God bless always, Vicki!
