No other truth is as simple, or as pure, or as undefiled as that of knowing Jesus is all we need. We may see others prosper, or grow in inheritance, and even gain the entire world, but in the end, will they be able to take all those riches with them?
“In these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed the heir of all things, through whom also he created the world. He is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature, and he upholds the universe by the word of his power. After making purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.”
Jesus came to deliver us from the bond of sin, so that we would look to Him for salvation. True liberty comes not from being bound by the world’s desires, but by following Jesus and making Him the center of our world. Our freedom is with us believing He is the Son of God.
Through Jesus, we know God; through God, we have freedom, for through His Son, whom God has appointed as our savior, we will have hope for eternal life. That life does not esteem riches, but points to God’s glory as the foundation of our joy.
Seek Jesus with all your heart, with all your soul and with all your mind, for it will be well with you that day when you stand before God the Father and will give an accounting of your life to Him; because Jesus is all we need.

Amen! 🙌🏾 He is the air I breathe!
His life is in us always. God bless!
I love it!
Thank you for sharing something so thought provoking Jack.
God bless you, Sophia!
Thank you for the reminder, that we don’t need any more than just our saviour.
Jesus did it all for us. Our salvation rests in Him. God bless you!
Amen. I have been thinking a lot recently about how everything is vanity and vexation of spirit. Every thing we need is wrapped up in GOD and GOD alone. The things of the world and flesh shall dissipate someday.
All is possible through God and all glory belongs to Him, for his plan will be fulfilled. Blessings!
Amen, amen, amen! Wishing you a blessed new year!
God bless you, Miamii!
As a believer in Christ’s unmistakable miracles, I personally like to picture Jesus as being one who’d enjoy a belly-shaking laugh over a good, albeit clean, joke with his disciples, rather than always being the stoically serious type of savior.
Imagine a creator who has a great sense of humor rather than foremost a fire-and-brimstone bad temper!
I sometimes wonder how many potential Christians have felt repelled from the faith altogether due to the vocal angry-God-condemnation brand of the religion, perhaps which more resembles the God of the Jehovah’s Witness faith, Quran and Torah.
Our collective human need for retributive ‘justice’—regardless of Christ (and great spiritual leaders) having emphasized unconditional forgiveness—may be intrinsically linked to the same unfortunate morally-flawed aspect of humankind that enables the most horrible acts of violent cruelty to readily occur on this planet.
God created humor. Look to the platypus. He is loves us more than anything. Our joy is in Him, full, rich and bountiful!
He is the way, truth and the life…No other way to God the Father but through Jesus
By Jesus’ name are we saved. God bless you, Njambi.
The older I get, the more trials I go through the more I know this truth deeper. When I am at my weakest He is stronger in me. Good post.
We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us.
Agree with you Jack, without Jesus in the center of our lives it will be difficult to handle life as we know it. Merry Christmas my friend, may our Lord continue to bless your ministry in the coming years
Merry Christmas and blessings!
